Yen plus has published up to chapter 11 in the june edition.
Vol 1 went on sale April 21 2009 if your local comic store did not receive it that week they should have received it around may 13 due to the fact they under printed the series. (I was one of the unfortunate ones who's local shop didn't receive Nighschool on time)
